The Constitutionality of Healthcare Reform
There are a large number of items that
are unconstitutional in the healthcare bill.
It might do states attorney general to go
to Federal Court and get them struck down
as unconstitutional.
There are other parts of this bill that get
the public to have health insurance.
Democrats are not all crazy.
Behind Enemy Lines
The politicians are doing two things getting
things into law that are necessary, while
putting unconstitutional things in to get the
job done.
Their goal as good democrats is to use
the conference committee to strip out or
put unconstitutional items to get the bill past.
Then lawyers can go to court and get those
things declared unconstitutional and taken
out of the law.
These democrats might not be reelected
as a result.
I guess you could call them Statesmen in
an environment of absurdity.
I used to think all democrats were evil.
I used to think at the beginning Bush
would be a good president.
Over time, I discovered the reverse is
true.
Bush is Garbage on a lot of things.
Democrats in a mid range of cases are
fairly decent.
Its their activists that get them in trouble.
